Using the song “6th Station,” from the movie Spirited Away, this animation presents music as a passing encounter that invites liveliness into the monotonous everyday.
During harder times, I remember the power of the arts as meaningful distraction and inspiration. Having watched many animated series and movies, I was inspired to create and choreograph a different world. Using my experience as a dancer, the animation also explores the relationship between music and movement.
